Project Details

Smart Trader is a professional-grade trading journal application I developed for active traders and financial professionals. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase, this platform helps traders track their performance, analyze patterns, and improve their strategies through data-driven insights and AI analysis. As the lead developer on this project, I implemented several innovative features including customizable trade journaling with support for various setup types (FVG, order blocks, etc.), a comprehensive performance analytics dashboard with advanced filtering capabilities, and AI-powered trade analysis using OpenAI's GPT-4 model that provides personalized feedback on trade execution and risk management. The application features enterprise-level security with row-level security policies in Supabase, ensuring each trader's data remains private and protected. The responsive design works seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices, allowing traders to journal and analyze their trades from anywhere. Technologies used: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase (PostgreSQL), OpenAI API, and Chart.js for data visualization.
